Chad and I had the most amazing vacation in Costa Rica! We went to Costa Rica for 11 days to celebrate our graduations, and had a better time than we even anticipated. It was amazing! Chad and I went for three days alone, and then some of Chad's family met up with us for the last week (his parents, sister Jenae, sister Callee and her husband Ragan, and his little bro Wade).
Our first stop was in a city called Manuel Antonio, where we stayed for 3 days. Next, we went to San Jose. We only stayed one night there, which was long enough. It was fun to see the big city and check out all the shops...but the pretty parts of the country were definately outside of the city. After picking up Chad's family from the airport, we drove to Arenal. Arenal is a city surrounded by an active volcano. It was here that we did much of our adventure acitivites. After spending 4 days in Arenal we headed to the beach of Jaco. During our trip we drove on some of the windiest and narrowest roads I've ever been on (sometimes it got a little frightening!) :-)
In addition to seeing some of the most beautiful places on the planet, we did so many fun things while staying in Costa Rica. It was definately an action-packed trip. We went hiking, swimming, zip-lining, swam underneath waterfalls, white water rafting, repelling down waterfalls, surfing, shopping, and ate lots of Costa Rican food. We had the time of our lives! I'm sooooooooo jealous! The place looks so beautiful and I cant believe all the fun things you did. Cute pictures and I'm glad you had a great time. You both deserved it! Happy graduation present to both of you! Love you!

What an incredible Post. You guys look amazing. Chaddie-Pooch, are you going to the reunion in Aug? I just found your blog online and we will add you as friends. (I have no idea how to do that) Congrats on the trip and the graduation. It sounds like you are headed down quite a phenomenal road.
