I finally finished unpacking, though my decorating isn't quite complete. But, despite my sparse decor, I decided to post some photos of our new home (see below).
Chad is BUSY working at the hospital, but really enjoying anesthesia. He's still "green" and little nervous, but seems to be getting the hang of everything. He does several surgeries a day, so he's getting lots of practice! And luckily we are still used to EST, because he wakes up before 5 am and I start work at 5:30 am. (So, don't call us after 9 pm because we'll probably be asleep! LOL!)
I am still adjusting to the working-from-home lifestyle. My job is the same, and I really enjoy it. But I definitely empathize more with all those people who complain about being home all day. I used to think it would be a dream job, but have learned that it's probably one of those things that sound great but is harder to actually do. But, now that I am getting more of a schedule and a routine, my days are becoming more enjoyable. I'm just counting down until the Fall...and it's not 110+ degrees...so I can get out of the house more often!
We have plenty of space, and are ready to entertain. (And believe me...there's lots of exciting things to do in the desert!) So, make sure you put Tucson on your list of upcoming places to visit! (hint hint)

Deb, what a cute house! I love your kitchen - fun red cupboards! Enjoy creating memories in your new home. ( :
Wow, your house really is so gorgeous. Great job decorating it. It looks so nice. Love your kitchen and your huge tub. Yay!! So I hear you on the staying at home thing, it is quite an adjustment after working in an office. It was really hard for me at first to feel like I was contributing to society and not to get lonely. But it gets better, I swear. Good luck. Love you guys.
Wow, love your place! It looks really nice. Glad your getting settled and enjoying it!
